Source-to-pay covers the entire procurement pipeline, from finding sources and suppliers, through ordering and receiving those goods, finally dealing with invoicing and payments. By tackling the procurement pipeline in its entirety, S2P is able to bring optimisation to your supply pipeline like never before.
You gain complete control over your sourcing parameters from pricing and goods quality, through to how ethical your chosen suppliers are, and whether you can get a better deal elsewhere. You also get the chance to interact with a range of potential suppliers directly, making sure you get the opportunity to get the best possible prices at every stage of the game.

Senior procurement consultant with over 19 years of experience working with various multi-national companies. His work has given him the opportunity to work with many different cultures in a range of locations around the world.
As a key contributor to multiple major procurement programs, Lovkesh is a subject-matter expert in SAP Ariba, SRM and MM. He has a wealth of experience in designing, implementing and supporting large procurement software installations. Additionally, Lovkesh is adept at change management, and is more than capable when it comes to planning and deploying major enterprise software packages.

Vikash holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering with an MBA in Systems and Finance. He started his consulting career with IBM as an SAP Finance Consultant.
Now able to boast over 20 years of experience in SAP consulting on a global scale, Vikash has a client list that includes Fortune 500 companies like Shell, Ericsson, BP, BAT, Lloyd’s, The Oxford University Press and more.
Currently Vikash is responsible for sales and marketing at SapienceS2P, and consults on SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Management. Vikash likes creative and critical thinking and is inspired by people who can look at a complex problem and solve it in an elegant manner.

Simon brings over 20 years of experience in spend management solutions, having held senior sales, VP, and GM roles at renowned companies like FreeMarkets, Ariba, cc-Hubwoo, PRGX, Seagate Software, D&B, and SAP. Currently, he leads the Sales and Marketing division at SapienceS2P and serves as a Managing Associate at Exponential Market Makers Ltd, supporting SaaS and software startups targeting the UK and European enterprise markets.

SAP Ariba Manager
Divya has over 10 years of experience in consulting, primarily in the Sourcing and Procurement domain. Her background includes expertise in Business Analysis, Functional testing, Pre-sales, Project delivery, and Project management in Procurement and Supply Chain. Currently, she is an SAP Ariba Manager, and recently helped deliver the world’s first implementation of MS Teams chatbot integrated with SAP Ariba.

Divya specializes in SAP Ariba products, particularly in upstream SLP, Supplier Risk, Sourcing, and Contracts solutions. She has extensive experience in managing suppliers strategically, spend analysis, and supplier onboarding. Divya also has a strong track record in handling complex business process transformation projects across North America and Europe.

Lachlan is a Senior Sales professional with 11 years of experience working with large international companies and innovative tech start-ups. His journey includes roles as Head of Partnerships and Business Development at Procys, Head of Business Development UK&I at Zinklar, and Sales Manager at Aexus. Currently, he serves as the Sales Director for SapienceS2P, supporting their commercial efforts across the UK.
