Operations & Sales
Our operations and sales teams are focussed on making SapienceS2P grow and prosper. While we usually recruit for these roles actively (via advertising, outsourcing, or direct approach), we’re always interested in hearing from experienced people who can help take our business to the next level.
We’re especially keen to talk to people with previous international B2B experience, especially including the UK, EU and USA. Links to SAP client companies are a definite bonus.
Technical
Our technical team is always looking for experienced people who have worked with cloud-based SAP software, including Ariba, Ariba Snap, S/4 Hana, and especially the SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
Specific experience with cloud deployment and management of SAP procurement solutions is especially desirable given the current global pandemic. We’re also keen to speak with anyone who has procurement and supply chain experience of any sort, especially within SAP client companies.
What We Look For
So, just which skills and experience are we particularly interested in?
Ariba on Demand experience, plus at least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing capabilities, including Ariba Spend Analysis, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Ariba Supplier Lifecycle, and Performance and Supplier Risk

SAP Ariba Procurement capabilities including Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Guided Buying, SAP Ariba Catalog and SAP Ariba Invoice Management
-
SAP Ariba Commerce Automation, Payables and Supply Chain Collaboration using the Ariba Network
Other sought-after skills include:

Strong source-to-pay process knowledge

Experience of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ERP Sourcing and Procurement

Experience of SAP Ariba integration with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ERP or non-SAP back end systems.

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), or relevant experience

Shown success contributing in a team environment

Demonstrated leadership skills

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Onshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries

Hands-on delivery in major IT transformation programs
